Womens New Moon Yoga Circle and Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Emma will lead you through 2 hrs of lunar yoga and then Kathie will guide you through a Cacao Ceremony. At the new moon, the moon is still. It is neither waxing nor waning. We are encouraged to do the same. To find stillness. New Moons are always a good time to turn inwards and reflect on how we want to move forward in our lives, what we want to release and what we want to manifest, drawing from the insight and wisdom that often comes to us through practices such as yoga, meditation and journaling. In this workshop held on the night of new moon we will tune into the spirit of Cacao through imbibing and ritual to help you align to and harness the lunar energy, and set intentions for the coming month, looking at what you need as you move into Autumn. Please note, imbibing the cacao might not be suitable for you if you are pregnant or on antidepressant medication - please let us know in advance and we can provide a different herb infusion for the ritual this evening.
