Saturday Morning mini Yoga workshop
Saturday morning extended classes. Start the weekend right by taking time to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself. These special two hour classes give us more time to delve into a delicious mix of Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga followed by a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra. Stay after class for a cuppa and a chat too if you wish.
