Women's Full Moon workshop

Join me on the night of the Full Moon for a special Women's Workshop This special two hour workshop is a delicious mix of practices to celebrate and honour the Full Moon, these special workshops are more than just a yoga class – they are a Women's circle, a ritual, a sacred celebration, a coming together of Women – and in Women's circles we find great power, space to discover our inner voice our own truth. Sessions are held in Mayland's very own Boutique Yoga Studio, where a warm welcome is guaranteed and everything is provided for you.
