Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
This monthly ritual combines a gentle Yin Yoga practice with an immersive Sound Bath experience to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and relaxation on every level.
We begin with one hour of nourishing Yin Yoga with Emma, using long-held, supported postures to release tension from the body and calm the mind. You will then be guided into stillness with a restorative Sound Healing journey with Rozi, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to settle deeply.
This is your invitation to pause from the busyness of daily life and give yourself space to simply rest and receive.
No experience is needed — all are welcome.
The studio has mats, blankets, eye pillows and medium bolsters available for use, but please feel free to bring anything additional that helps you feel especially cosy and comfortable, such as:
• Your favourite blanket
• A cushion or larger bolster for extra support
• Additional eye pillow if preferred
• Warm socks/layers
• Water bottle
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive.
