Meditation Course

6-Week Meditation Course Mondays 10am | Starting 26th January Hybrid: Attend in person or join live via Zoom. Weekly replay available. This gentle and supportive programme is ideal for anyone wishing to begin a meditation practice or deepen an existing one. Each week we will explore a different meditation technique, enjoy a guided practice together, and allow time for reflection and Q&A to support your personal development. What’s Included: • Weekly guided meditation • Time for Q&A regarding your personal practice • A weekly audio recording of the main meditation to use at home • The full class video replay each week • Handouts and practice resources • Option to join in studio, via Zoom, or catch up afterwards • First session is a 90-minute introduction Course Dates: 26th January (90 mins) 2nd February 9th February 16th February 23rd February 2nd March Investment: £90 All students receive access to Zoom, replays, and audio practices regardless of attendance format.
